Internally coated 6’’ STD Produced Water Line Replacement
As the prime contractor for the replacement of the defective 6’’ produced water line Complete Projects managed the entire project.
Complete Projects pipefitter pre-measured existing piping and remodeled pipe route and flange brakes to accommodate for the coated piping process. Complete Projects taking on all costs associated with the project, materials purchase, scaffold, 40-ton crane, pipe insulation, fabrication, hydrotest, X-ray, painting, coating, installation of piping, quality control and management for the whole project.
Planned shutdown, removed old defective piping, and installed 424 FT of piping, 29 spools in total with a 1-day shutdown.
Complete Projects QC/QA data management with turnover manual and sign off was completed
